• Right to object — including an absolute right to stop direct marketing at any time.
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format or have it sent to another provider.
• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting past processing.

How to Make a Request

1. Email support@saymojo.com with the subject line “Data Rights Request”, or write to MOJO & LIV LIMITED, 4th Floor Tuition House 27-37 St George's Road, Wimbledon, London, United Kingdom, SW19 4EU, or call +44 1332 327013.
2. Tell us which right you want to exercise and the email address used on your orders.
3. We may ask a security question to verify your identity before releasing or changing data.
4. We respond within one calendar month, free of charge. Complex requests may take up to two further months — we will tell you within the first month if so.

Unsubscribing from Marketing

Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email, or email us — we action opt-outs promptly. You will still receive essential service emails about orders you place (confirmations, dispatch and refund notifications).
