1. About Us & These Terms
This website, SayMOJO (https://saymojo.com), is operated by MOJO & LIV LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 13857706, with its registered office at 4th Floor Tuition House 27-37 St George's Road, Wimbledon, London, United Kingdom, SW19 4EU (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and every purchase you make from it. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms, that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian), and that you are purchasing as a consumer for personal use. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
2. Our Products
We sell handcrafted-style ceramic and glass tableware and home décor, including ceramic mugs, plates, vases, marble-effect bowls and artisan glass pitchers. Because many pieces feature artisanal glazes and patterns, minor variations in colour, pattern and finish are characteristic of the products and are not defects. Product images are as accurate as reasonably possible, but colours may display slightly differently depending on your screen.
3. Ordering & Contract Formation
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. After you place an order you will receive an order acknowledgement email — this does not mean your order has been accepted.
- A legally binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch (for example, due to a stock shortage, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a delivery address outside the UK); if we do, we will notify you and refund any payment in full without delay.
- We sell and deliver within the United Kingdom only.
4. Prices & Payment
- All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£/GBP) and, where applicable, are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
- Standard UK delivery is free; any charges applying to an order are always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal (the exact list is shown at checkout).
- Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment partners over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections; we never see or store your full card details.
- If we discover a genuine pricing error in an order you have placed, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes, costs and procedures are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we receive payment in full. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain at our risk until they are in your physical possession.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we voluntarily extend this to a 30-day return period with free return postage. 7. Product Safety & Care
Please follow any care instructions provided with your items. Unless stated otherwise on the product page, ceramic tableware should be handled as fragile; sudden temperature changes (e.g. from freezer to oven) may cause cracking. Keep glass and ceramic items out of the reach of small children.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, product photography, graphics and logos — is owned by or licensed to MOJO & LIV LIMITED and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access, scraping content, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse. We try to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
10. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your statutory rights, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses, or for business losses, as we supply products for private, domestic use only.
11. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. carrier disruption, severe weather, industrial action). If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and if delivery is delayed substantially you may cancel affected orders for a full refund.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@saymojo.com — we will acknowledge it within 2 business days and work to resolve it within 14 days. If you remain dissatisfied you may seek free advice from Citizens Advice, or use an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. You always retain the right to bring proceedings in court.
14. General
- We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
- Each clause operates separately — if any is found unlawful, the rest remain in force.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
