SayMOJO (https://saymojo.com) is operated by MOJO & LIV LIMITED, company number 13857706, registered office at 4th Floor Tuition House 27-37 St George's Road, Wimbledon, London, United Kingdom, SW19 4EU. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, MOJO & LIV LIMITED is the data controller of your personal data.

2. Personal Data We Collect

  • Identity & contact data: name, billing/delivery address, email address, phone number.
  • Order data: products purchased, order value, order history.
  • Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited — collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Communications data: emails, phone calls and messages you exchange with our customer service team.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to our emails.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, and we do not collect special category (sensitive) data.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (processors) who need it to help us run the store, under contracts that protect your data:

  • Shopify Inc. — our ecommerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders;
  • Payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments/Stripe, PayPal) — to process payments securely;
  • Delivery carriers (e.g. Royal Mail, Evri, DPD) — who receive your name, address and contact details to deliver your parcel;
  • Email and customer-service tools — to send order notifications and respond to enquiries;
  • Analytics and advertising partners (e.g. Google) — only in accordance with your cookie choices;
  • Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law (e.g. HMRC, fraud prevention, court order).

5. International Transfers

Some providers (such as Shopify) process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Order and transaction records: 6 years after the end of the relevant financial year (UK tax and accounting requirements);
  • Customer service correspondence: up to 2 years after resolution;
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or after prolonged inactivity;
  • Technical/analytics data: per the retention periods in our Cookie Policy.

7. Security

All traffic to our website is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers. We restrict access to personal data to those who need it and review our safeguards regularly. No system is 100% secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously and will notify you and the ICO of any breach where legally required.
